The methods are payment collection on delivery time, advance payment, and online payment. We mailed regular reminders to clients who have not paid on time. Our team takes legal action against clients who have yet to pay on time.

Payment Policy:
Novelty Packer Mover has a cost-transparent payment process. Our price is based on the relocation’s distance, volume, weight, and complexity. We do not have any hidden or extra charges. The customer pays an advance payment of 50% of the estimated cost when booking the service and the remaining balance of the price at the time of delivery of your belongings. You can pay by cash, cheque, or online transfer.
Terms & Condition:
Our terms and conditions are decided based on each procedure. Novelty Packer Mover is responsible for handling the customers’ belongings. They must pack, load, transport, unload, and unpack the items professionally and efficiently, but not for some items, as we do not move illegal and harmful items. Give the correct address for the pick-up point and new location, along with your customers details. By hiring the services of the packers and movers, the customers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
